How Do I Start The Return Process

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and let us know the reason you want to return your item. If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect, please see the page for Warranty

Returns can only be processed if the liner is resaleable. If the liner has been installed and shows signs of sand, scratches, dirt, rips and tears, etc, the item cannot be returned. Custom-sized liners and liners with Esther Williams bead, Kayak bead, and standard bead cannot be returned unless they are defective. 
The manufacturer's warranty covers fabrication issues, especially seam separations that would cause the pool to leak.  In the event a seam separation is found, please contact Send pictures of the separation in your email, along with the serial number of the liner. We will contact you for warranty processing. 

Products that are deemed returnable must be shipped back to Vinyl Liners Direct and are subject to restocking fees. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

In the event your item is shipped to you with damage, you can refuse the package from the delivery service. Take pictures and contact us immediately about the delivery. 

If you choose to cancel an item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, as most orders ship within 24 hours after reception. Once an order has been scheduled for shipping, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled.
