WARRANTY

Aboveground pool liners are backed by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty, protecting your pool liner from fabrication defects, such as seam separations, and should be reported within the first 30 (thirty) days of receiving the product. 

Inground pool liners are backed by a twenty-five-year prorated manufacturer warranty, protecting your pool liner from fabrication defects, such as seam separations, and should be reported within the first 30 (thirty) days of receiving the product. 

The warranty coverage does not include surface staining, fading of print, or damage caused by misuse of chemicals, fire, ice damage, improper cleaning, accidents, negligence, misuse, or abuse. It also does not cover damage or defects of the liner which result from insects, animals, floods, or other acts of God.

The consumer also understands that damage caused during installation, whether personal or by a third-party installer, is the responsibility of the consumer. Repairs or modifications made to the liner, either by the consumer or by a third party, void the original manufacturer's warranty. VLD is also not responsible for any payment of utilities, such as water, electricity, and sewer, as well as labor or loss of use.
 
The manufacturer's warranty covers fabrication issues, especially seam separations that would cause the pool to leak. See the image below to understand what a seam separation looks like.

In the event a seam separation is found, please contact sales@vinyllinersdirect.com. Send pictures of the separation in your email, along with the serial number of the liner. We will contact you for warranty processing.
